Description

  • Build hyper-targeted prospect lists of 100+ qualified leads each week by researching the web and databases.
  • Craft and send personalized cold email campaigns using tools such as Hunter.io or Apollo.
  • Set up and manage affiliate programs, including recruiting partners, negotiating deals, tracking commissions, and optimizing ROI.
  • Qualify leads in HubSpot or a similar CRM and nurture them through automated sequences.
  • Analyze weekly campaign performance, including reply rates, conversion funnels, and cost per lead, to improve results.
  • Use LinkedIn outreach to build pipelines from zero through advanced search and messaging.
  • Research companies and market sources such as Crunchbase or forums to personalize outreach at scale.
  • Collaborate across channels and tools to support aggressive lead-generation and partner-revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or outreach.
  • Strong experience with email deliverability, A/B testing sequences, and avoiding spam filters.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines from zero using LinkedIn search and messaging.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting affiliates, running affiliate programs, and driving partner-led revenue.
  • Ability to perform web research and extract insights from company sites, Crunchbase, and forums.
  • Experience with Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, HubSpot, Google Sheets or Excel, and basic automations such as Zapier.
  • Startup mindset with the ability to experiment quickly, own outcomes, and communicate results clearly.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment and willingness to work US hours/graveyard shift.
  • Nice to have: experience in SaaS or tech startups targeting SMBs or enterprises.
  • Nice to have: basic copywriting skills for emails that stand out.
  • Nice to have: demonstrated discipline working remotely.
