Description

  • Own the GTM strategy by identifying high-value segments, designing outbound and inbound playbooks, and prioritizing channels.
  • Prospect, run discovery conversations, manage the pipeline, and negotiate enterprise contracts to close deals.
  • Create demand through campaigns, partner programs, and events that generate qualified leads.
  • Develop positioning, sales collateral, and case studies that resonate with the target customer profile.
  • Track GTM metrics, run experiments and A/B tests, and continuously refine motions based on performance.
  • Collaborate with product to align features with market needs and with engineering on integrations or proof-of-concept work.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership to determine target accounts, winning strategies, and revenue levers.
  • Execute scrappy, hands-on tasks as needed, including event setup and last-minute prospect research.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM roles, including sales, marketing, or partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling revenue engines.
  • Ability to sell, market, and think strategically about partnerships in a full-stack GTM role.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, resource-constrained startup environments and taking on multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging C-level buyers and partners.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to track metrics and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Ability to execute independently while also designing systems and playbooks for others to follow.
