Description

  • Lead video screening calls with prospective instructors sourced by the recruiting team.
  • Evaluate candidates for charisma, expertise, and teaching potential.
  • Pivot from interviewing to selling ELVTR’s vision when a candidate is a strong match.
  • Politely decline candidates who do not meet instructor standards while protecting the brand image.
  • Move successful candidates into the production phase and ensure a smooth handoff to the Course Creators.
  • Provide real-time feedback to the sourcing team to refine search criteria.
  • Manage a high volume of meetings and keep candidate records organized in the ATS/CRM.
  • Maintain a professional, high-energy, and persuasive presence in conversations with executive-level candidates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management.
  • Exceptional English proficiency with strong verbal nuance and communication skills.
  • Ability to read the room and adapt tone to different personalities.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of Zoom meetings.
  • Experience keeping records organized in an ATS/CRM such as HubSpot or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Available to work US business hours aligned with EST/PST.
  • Quiet, professional home office environment available during working hours.
