Description

  • Own the analytical framework for the SMB sales segment and serve as a principal advisor to sales leadership.
  • Extract and analyze large datasets to identify trends and translate findings into actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • Break down ambiguous business problems, design the analytical approach, and execute solutions end to end.
  • Design and architect forecasting models for a high-volume SMB environment and proactively flag performance drivers.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with systems and engineering teams to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
  • Spearhead automation efforts that increase rep productivity and reduce administrative work.
  • Drive territory design and quota-setting strategy using data modeling to assess market capacity.
  • Partner with Sales VPs on compensation plans that incentivize desired sales behaviors.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders and push back when data supports a different direction.

Requirements

  • Relevant years of work experience, including at least 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business/Sales Analytics, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven impact in a high-volume B2B sales environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure vague business questions into analytical projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex database querying.
  • Expertise with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Experience with Python is a strong plus.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills for presenting to C-level executives and VPs.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs, and understanding of CRM data architecture, is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced or fluent English is required for work with international stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, fluent English, and analytical knowledge are mandatory for this role.
