Description

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end GTM integration roadmap for newly acquired companies.
  • Translate acquisition theses into actionable commercial integration plans.
  • Identify and accelerate revenue synergies, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Establish clear integration milestones, KPIs, and accountability structures.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Customer Experience, GTM Operations, and GTM Systems & Tooling to coordinate integration.
  • Serve as the central integration lead for all GTM-related workstreams.
  • Align compensation plans, territories, pricing models, packaging, and sales processes.
  • Integrate acquired CRM instances, data models, and workflows into Nebius’ architecture.
  • Ensure seamless integration of quoting, contracting, billing, forecasting, and reporting systems.
  • Build repeatable integration playbooks, conduct retrospectives, and track synergy realization against acquisition business cases.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in GTM leadership, GTM Strategy & Operations, or M&A integration.
  • Proven experience leading commercial integrations post-acquisition.
  • Deep expertise in B2B sales models, territories, and pipeline management.
  • Strong CRM and GTM systems integration experience.
  • Financial acumen and ability to translate deal models into revenue execution.
  • Ability to operate independently from strategic vision setting to hands-on execution.
  • Executive presence with strong cross-functional influence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple functions including sales, marketing, product, finance, and customer experience (preferred).
  • Remote work availability in Europe.
