Description

  • Own portfolio-level yield strategy across Precision and Programmatic channels, including floor policies, rate card guidance, discount bands, alerting, and prioritization rules.
  • Design inventory and PMP packaging frameworks spanning audience, venue, daypart, and exclusivity.
  • Define and optimize end-to-end programmatic deal operations from setup through ongoing optimization.
  • Run A/B and multivariate experiments on pricing, floors, and priority rules.
  • Build forecasting models to quantify revenue and margin impact.
  • Partner with Analytics to build unified dashboards across channels.
  • Establish campaign health standards and act as an escalation point for systemic issues.
  • Lead strategic SSP partner management, including QBRs, roadmap discussions, and monetization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Ad Tech on server and OMS configurations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Sales, Pricing, Product, and Data teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in yield management, publisher ad operations, or programmatic monetization with direct revenue optimization ownership.
  • Hands-on SSP deal setup experience.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystems, including RTB, PMP, and deal IDs.
  • Experience with publisher ad tech, including ad servers, SSPs, and OMS.
  • Proven portfolio-level yield experience with floors, rate cards, packaging, and prioritization.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and BI tools.
  • SQL proficiency preferred.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • DOOH publishing experience with physical screen network pacing, measurement, and packaging considerations preferred.
  • Healthcare or pharma advertising background with compliance and regulatory awareness preferred.
  • Experience with programmatic DOOH platforms and demand path optimization across multiple SSPs preferred.
  • Forecasting and revenue planning model experience tied to inventory, pricing, and sales targets preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and dig into data and programmatic setup unique to DOOH and PatientPoint.
  • A systems mindset that balances short-term yield with long-term network and client health.
  • Ability to simplify complex auction mechanics into clear business decisions.
  • Technical fluency with engineers and analysts, plus strong storytelling for commercial and executive audiences.
