Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the integrations between systems.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows to reduce manual Sales work.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel to measure performance, identify what is working, and optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and related tools to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate, adopt, and operationalize new AI and GTM tools as the internal expert on emerging capabilities.
  • Support the Sales team with the tooling and data needed to move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Work in a behind-the-scenes infrastructure role focused on systems, automation, and pipeline influence.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical focus.
  • Hands-on experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep experience with the modern GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and track metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, keep solutions simple, and work independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is preferred.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is preferred.

  • On-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000.
