Description

  • Lead and develop the Sales Operations organization, including Sales Ops, Enablement, Deals Desk, and Analytics functions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and right hand to the CRO on sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Lead annual and long-range planning, including sales capacity planning, territory design, and coverage models.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from lead handoff through deal closure and booking.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and handoffs across Marketing, Channel, BDR, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Evaluate, implement, and drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Use advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, identify pipeline risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics for weekly, monthly, quarterly, executive, and Board reporting.
  • Design and implement sales compensation plans and partner with Finance on commission calculations and payouts.
  • Own the sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and related tools, while ensuring data integrity and scalability.
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Product, and Business Operations to align priorities and build consensus.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, or Finance, including at least 5 years at the Vice President level.
  • Deep expertise in sales operations, forecasting, and revenue processes in a SaaS, subscription, or XaaS business model.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational alignment.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools; Qlik is preferred.
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience with sales enablement technologies and scalable process design.
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML-driven tools such as predictive analytics, conversational intelligence, and sales automation in revenue operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale global teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong background in P&L management, financial planning, and subscription-based business models.
  • Prior experience leading Sales Operations, Deals Desk, Sales Enablement, and Data/Analytics functions.
  • Demonstrated success implementing data-driven or AI-enabled initiatives that improved forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, or sales productivity.
