Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, including CRM systems, enrichment tools, sequencing tools, and the integrations between them.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument and analyze top-of-funnel performance to optimize for meetings booked, pipeline created, and overall conversion.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and related tools to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate, adopt, and implement new AI and GTM tools as the team’s resident expert on emerging solutions.
  • Support the Sales team with the tooling and data needed to close opportunities effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Strong orientation toward funnel metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, keep solutions simple, and work independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product (preferred).
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas (preferred).
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion (preferred).
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links required with application.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000–$140,000 in the United States.
  • On-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000.
