Description

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and hand off high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
  • Research target industries and companies to develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects through a consultative and confident approach.
  • Manage accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Open conversations with decision-makers and senior-level executives.
  • Support new business development across the GCC market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting and outbound sales development, with a focus on the GCC market.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to senior-level executives.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and with sales prospecting tools.
  • Experience in ERP and IoT selling or B2B services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GCC business culture and sales cycles is preferred.
  • Previous experience working remotely with international teams is preferred.
