Description

  • Prospect and identify qualified ecommerce founders through events, social outreach, referrals, and personal network connections.
  • Run personalized outbound campaigns to move high-potential founders from awareness to conversation.
  • Own discovery calls end to end, from booking through qualification, objection handling, and application close.
  • Maintain a consistent call volume and manage the pipeline to support monthly targets.
  • Follow up persistently with interested prospects using email, SMS, and personal outreach.
  • Represent MDS at industry events and tradeshows as a relationship-builder and pipeline generator.
  • Log qualified contacts in Go High Level the same day and ensure every lead has a follow-up action before leaving an event.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Membership Growth on pipeline, prospect intelligence, and outreach strategy.
  • Contribute ideas on new founder segments, event opportunities, and market intelligence.
  • Build a visible presence in the ecommerce founder ecosystem through content, events, and relationship building.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a community-facing role with a proven record of hitting individual targets.
  • Direct ecommerce experience through running a brand, working at an ecommerce company, or in an adjacent industry such as agency, SaaS, 3PL, or platform.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon, DTC, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-ticket memberships, partnerships, or B2B deals.
  • Hands-on CRM experience, ideally with Go High Level or an equivalent system.
  • Strong relational and conversational skills with a naturally charismatic, curious approach.
  • Self-directed and accountable with the discipline to generate pipeline and hit targets independently.
  • Comfort traveling regularly to industry events and representing MDS in person.
  • Existing network within the Amazon, Shopify, or TikTok Shop seller community is preferred.
  • Personal experience as an ecommerce seller or brand operator is preferred.
  • Personal brand or growing presence in ecommerce through social content, podcast appearances, or community involvement is preferred.
  • Experience with membership communities, masterminds, or high-ticket group offers is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-channel outreach sequences using email, SMS, and social DMs is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $5,000–$6,000 USD per month plus uncapped commission.
  • Strong performers can earn $15,000 per month when exceeding targets.

  • Referral bonuses of $750 to $2,500 for successful hires referred.
