Description

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve revenue targets in CX Contact Center BPO services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, contract negotiation, and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized BPO solutions that meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and increase visibility.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within the CX Contact Center Outsourcing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through end-to-end business development strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with senior decision-makers.
  • Experience leading sales cycles from prospecting and solution design through negotiation, contract execution, and post-sale expansion.
  • Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create customized outsourcing solutions.
  • Ability to build and manage robust pipelines with accurate forecasting.
  • Experience representing an organization at industry events and conferences to generate qualified leads.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service BPO industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
