Description

  • Partner with regional Sales leaders, starting with the US, to align local tactics with global revenue goals.
  • Translate strategic initiatives such as pricing changes, product launches, and territory shifts into operational workflows and playbooks.
  • Improve end-to-end sales processes by removing friction and optimizing the sales lifecycle.
  • Drive global standardization of sales methodologies, tools, and communication practices across regions.
  • Own the adoption and long-term ROI of strategic enablement initiatives after launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, VM, Product, and Marketing to prepare Sales for operational changes.
  • Use sales data, funnel metrics, and CRM insights to inform enablement and execution decisions.
  • Support change management through communication, training, and feedback loops that drive adoption.
  • Help foster a culture of wellbeing and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement within a high-growth B2B or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and scaling standardized, high-impact Go-To-Market workflows.
  • Experience bridging executive vision and frontline sales performance across international markets.
  • Experience designing and executing global Go-To-Market models.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
  • Understanding of funnel metrics and sales methodologies as they relate to data-driven insights.
  • Executive presence to communicate effectively with senior leaders and sales reps.
  • Ability to work across borders and navigate different business cultures.
  • Experience leading change management through communication, training, and feedback loops is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $120,000-$140,000 USD for New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, with location-based variation elsewhere.
  • Eligible for an annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan.
