Description

  • Act as a strategic business partner to regional sales leaders, starting with the US, to align local tactics with global goals.
  • Operationalize new initiatives such as pricing changes, product launches, and territory shifts into repeatable sales workflows and playbooks.
  • Optimize the end-to-end sales lifecycle by removing friction and improving sales process efficiency.
  • Drive global standardization across methodologies, tools, and communication practices for sales teams in different regions.
  • Own the long-term adoption and ROI of strategic sales enablement initiatives after launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, VM, Product, and Marketing to prepare sales teams for operational changes.
  • Translate executive commercial strategy into frontline sales execution across the US, Europe, and LATAM.
  • Support training, communication, and feedback loops to improve change adoption across the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement within a high-growth B2B or Technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing global Go-to-Market models.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and sales funnel metrics.
  • Ability to bridge executive strategy and frontline sales performance across international markets.
  • Experience leading change management through communication, training, and feedback loops.
  • Comfort working across borders and navigating different business cultures.
  • Prior experience architecting and scaling standardized, high-impact Go-to-Market workflows is mandatory.
  • Prior experience bridging the gap between executive vision and frontline sales performance across international markets is mandatory.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $120,000–$140,000 in New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, with variation by location.
