Description

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalized email outreach, and LinkedIn follow-ups.
  • Identify and target luxury real estate brokers, teams, developers, and builders within an assigned region.
  • Build, segment, and manage prospect lists to support pipeline generation.
  • Receive and qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on key opportunity criteria.
  • Lead discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, timing, and staging requirements.
  • Schedule qualified walkthroughs and discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Maintain strong meeting acceptance and show rates for handoff to Account Executives.
  • Log all activities accurately in CRM and sales engagement tools and maintain pipeline hygiene.
  • Track daily performance metrics and report on weekly performance and pipeline health.
  • Represent the brand professionally and educate prospects on the value of luxury staging.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role.
  • Experience selling to real estate professionals is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Based in the United States or able to reliably work U.S. business hours.
  • Highly resilient, competitive, and results-driven.
  • Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, and Calendly.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, metrics-focused environment.

Benefits

  • $50,000–$70,000 base salary.
  • Performance-based incentives with on-target earnings of $80,000–$120,000+ annually.
