Description

  • Source and place candidates into engineering, product, and operating roles at high-growth startups.
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline end to end from outreach through close.
  • Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the process.
  • Use cold calling and texting to reach candidates on a consistent basis.
  • Move candidates efficiently through the hiring process to successful placement.
  • Work with a steady flow of startup roles and prioritize closing placements.
  • Maximize earnings by increasing the number of successful placements.

Requirements

  • Must be hungry, persistent, and motivated to succeed in a commission-based role.
  • Open to cold calling and texting candidates on a consistent basis.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to connect with candidates.
  • Willing to work on a commission-only basis at the start, with compensation changing as tenure and success are achieved.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with flexible hours.
  • Ability to deliver results consistently and manage your own schedule.
