Description

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through email, phone, social selling, and inbound follow-ups.
  • Conduct product demos and consultative sales calls with restaurant operators and decision-makers.
  • Build, maintain, and forecast a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot and other CRM tools.
  • Track progress toward monthly targets and manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • Identify high-potential regions or customer segments and support localized outreach efforts.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager and broader sales team to refine messaging, improve processes, and close deals.
  • Capture prospect feedback and market insights to inform product improvements and market fit.
  • Attend local hospitality trade events and networking functions to build brand awareness and credibility.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, restaurant tech, or hospitality services.
  • Strong interest in technology, hospitality, and how AI can improve business operations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, proactive hunter mentality with comfort making cold calls and pursuing large accounts.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRMs, especially HubSpot, and sales enablement tools is a plus.
  • Existing relationships or a network within the Australian restaurant industry is a bonus.
