Description

  • Coordinate 10–20 customer orders daily across multiple sales channels, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Process and enter orders into the ERP system, including orders from non-integrated websites.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from order confirmation through delivery.
  • Coordinate with courier partners to arrange dispatch, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
  • Provide customers with regular updates on order status, lead times, and tracking information.
  • Maintain and update customer and product master data across ERP and web platforms.
  • Support data flow between websites, ERP systems, and logistics operations.
  • Perform data enrichment tasks such as maintaining freight dimensions and product information.
  • Work with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
  • Follow up with customers and suppliers to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with basic marketing administration, including email campaigns and content coordination where needed.
  • Support administrative processes across the order-to-delivery workflow and identify efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, or Order Management roles within a product-based or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience handling high-volume order processing, ideally 10+ orders per day.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as MYOB, NetSuite, or similar for order entry and data management.
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Neto, especially in partially integrated environments.
  • Strong understanding of logistics coordination, including courier management and delivery workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working across multiple systems and manual workarounds where integrations are limited.
  • Basic marketing administration or email marketing support experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and logistics teams.
