Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking ownership of traveler inquiries across phone, live chat, messaging, and email.
  • Build trusted, long-lasting relationships with luxury travelers to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Guide travelers through how Zicasso works and help convert general inquiries into destination-specific trip requests.
  • Support inquiry conversion by explaining consultation value, product knowledge, and Zicasso’s matching service.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, and Marketing to improve the client experience and resolve issues.
  • Partner with Care Team leadership on projects and initiatives to solve problems and create innovative solutions.
  • Use data, analytics, and technology to improve customer success and support lead performance.
  • Coach and mentor team members as needed.
  • Support international travelers in English and work rotating weekend shifts as part of a 5-day workweek.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on travel sales or operations for luxury tours or hotels.
  • Relevant experience may include tour leader, tour director, hotel front desk, client relations, or guest services.
  • Extensive experience traveling abroad and strong curiosity about international destinations.
  • Strong customer service skills and comfort with telephone-based work.
  • Excellent fluency in oral and written English.
  • Highly adaptable communication style and the ability to work with different traveler behaviors.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Thorough knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a focus on error-free work.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Must be able to work from outside the United States, with a strong preference for candidates based in Argentina, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Colombia.
