Description

  • Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses in the assigned vertical, including companies with and without active job openings.
  • Respond to and convert inbound leads for the vertical.
  • Qualify prospects based on hiring need, urgency, budget, decision-maker access, and fit.
  • Book qualified sales calls and demos, then close new ScaleSource staffing contracts.
  • Build, test, and improve scripts, call flows, objection handling, and follow-up sequences.
  • Use AI tools daily to support prospecting, research, personalization, call preparation, and follow-up.
  • Work with recruiting to align on candidate availability, client needs, role requirements, and fulfillment timelines.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on offers, landing pages, ads, content, hooks, lead magnets, and messaging.
  • Keep CRM records accurate, current, and useful while managing pipeline ownership.
  • Participate in pod meetings, scorecard reviews, and weekly accountability conversations while continuously improving the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 5+ years of combined inbound and outbound sales experience.
  • 2+ years selling directly to U.S.-based business owners, executives, managers, or decision-makers.
  • Proven experience making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Proven experience responding to and converting inbound leads.
  • Proven experience owning a sales pipeline inside a CRM.
  • Strong phone presence and comfort handling rejection, objections, silence, and pushback.
  • Ability to build scripts, follow-ups, and sales processes without waiting for perfect instructions.
  • Strong spoken and written English and comfort working U.S. business hours.
  • High urgency, high ownership, and high accountability, with daily comfort using AI tools in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Preferred: experience in staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, BPO, virtual assistant, or remote talent sales.
  • Preferred: experience selling into SMBs, franchise brands, franchisees, clinics, home services companies, agencies, or multi-location operators.
  • Preferred: familiarity with funnel building, landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, or digital marketing.
  • Preferred: experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lead411, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Close, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Clay, Zapier, or n8n.
  • Preferred: experience working with recruiters, hiring teams, or fulfillment teams, or creating sales content and prospect education materials.

Benefits

  • $1,250/month base compensation.
  • $250 bonus per new contract closed during the first 90 days.
  • $750 monthly bonus after 90 days for every month with 4 new contracts signed.
  • $250 bonus for every contract above 4 in a month, with no cap.
  • Realistic annual target income of $30,000+ USD.
