Description

  • Cultivate and manage referring provider relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual business development plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Analyze the territory and implement outreach strategies to retain existing referrals and grow the provider database.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers to identify needs and address barriers to treatment.
  • Build new referral channels and increase awareness of services among providers.
  • Plan and attend conferences, networking events, presentations, and tours on behalf of The Emily Program.
  • Respond promptly to service and referral inquiries and coordinate communication from first call through admission.
  • Collaborate with internal and external care teams to support comprehensive care coordination and client/family experience.
  • Participate in quarterly field rides with the VP of Clinical Outreach.
  • Manage expenses and company credit card tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
  • Behavioral health or eating disorder outreach experience is preferred.
  • Current, valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with preference for marketing, communications, psychology, or social work.
  • A high school diploma plus 4+ years of relevant experience is acceptable in place of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Clinical background is preferred but not required.
  • Permanent residence in Tennessee is required.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some evenings and weekends as needed for travel, events, or conferences.

  • Starting salary range of $85,000 to $105,000.
  • Uncapped incentive compensation plan.
