Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end across CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the systems that connect them.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up automation.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel and optimize performance for meetings booked, pipeline created, and other conversion metrics.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and related tooling to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tools quickly, serving as the team’s resident expert on emerging options.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide the tooling and data needed to close opportunities.
  • Operate in a fast-moving environment and continuously improve outbound systems based on results.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Direct experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and track metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Experience shipping quickly, keeping solutions simple, and working independently without waiting for permission.
  • Preferred experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Preferred familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Preferred background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion.
