Description

  • Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities across K–12 school districts.
  • Execute inbound and outbound prospecting activities to connect with key education stakeholders.
  • Own a territory and manage it with a structured, proactive approach to maximizing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting to meet or exceed targets.
  • Use Salesforce consistently for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Attend EdTech events and conferences, and create bespoke campaigns to promote ClickView.
  • Identify the key influencers and decision makers within each school district or institution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with K–12 decision makers to support platform usage and customer renewals.
  • Increase awareness of ClickView and advocate for the value of video in the classroom.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to help inform product-market fit.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in EdTech and K–12.
  • Strong understanding of the K–12 landscape, including how schools and districts evaluate and procure technology.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development, customer experience, and sales strategy.
  • Highly organized and methodical, with strong personal discipline around sales process and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a territory.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong teamwork skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to customers and events.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze sales metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for planning and pipeline management.
  • Entrepreneurial, consultative, and value-oriented approach to sales (preferred).
