Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the systems connecting them.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top of funnel and optimize for meetings booked, pipeline created, and other conversion metrics.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and related tooling to keep data clean and systems in sync.
  • Evaluate, adopt, and implement new AI and GTM tools quickly as the team's resident expert.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide the tooling and data needed to close opportunities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and track metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • A fast-moving, self-directed work style with a preference for simplicity and action over waiting for permission.
  • Nice-to-have experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Nice-to-have familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Nice-to-have background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion.
