Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the integrations between them.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top of the funnel to track performance and optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make to keep data clean and systems in sync.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tools quickly and determine what is worth building on.
  • Work closely with the Sales team by providing tooling and data that supports closing opportunities.
  • Contribute directly to GTM strategy through the systems and infrastructure you build.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical focus.
  • Proven ability to build outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay and Apollo.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience with Outreach or Instantly.
  • Experience with Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and track metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, keep things simple, and work independently without waiting for permission.
  • Nice to have: experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Nice to have: background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion.
