Description

  • Engage with pre-qualified leads in the $5K–$25K+ range and close deals end-to-end.
  • Run structured discovery calls and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations with authority.
  • Adapt the sales pitch based on prospect needs and real-time feedback.
  • Translate complex offerings such as virtual staffing, sales systems, and AI-driven automation into business outcomes and ROI.
  • Maintain high conversion rates, strong deal velocity, and immediately flag stalled deals.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend improvements to scripts, positioning, and closing frameworks.
  • Share best practices and insights with the team to improve overall sales results.
  • Mentor junior closers and help set the performance standard for closing.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States of America.
  • Proven track record closing high-ticket deals in the $5K–$25K+ range.
  • Demonstrated annual revenue performance of $500K–$1M+.
  • Experience selling complex solutions such as systems, services, or AI workflows.
  • Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions on whether deals close or require escalation.
  • High accountability for accurate reporting, forecasting, and deal documentation.
  • Experience working with remote teams and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Kixie, Zoom, or equivalent.
  • Comfortable communicating on video calls.
