Description

  • Process moderate-complexity sales transactions, including contract validation and purchase order review.
  • Monitor and triage support tickets from the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accurate deal setup.
  • Identify and flag process inefficiencies or blockers.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate deal and contract data.
  • Follow structured workflows to support operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working in Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in process execution.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite (preferred).
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes (preferred).
  • Must be based in Mexico; relocation assistance is not provided.
