Description

  • Own the overall technical architecture for revenue acceleration, aligned with the GTM strategy.
  • Maintain and develop the CRM platform and associated sales tools.
  • Assess the current technology stack and identify opportunities to improve integration, data accuracy, reporting, and automation.
  • Lead knowledge transfer and enable sales teams to maximize tool usage, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration, data governance, and security.
  • Design, document, and implement end-to-end sales processes, owners, workflows, and automation.
  • Establish and enforce policy documentation for sales operations topics such as lead management, opportunity management, splits, account allocation, and segmentation.
  • Manage complex change initiatives and support flawless change management for new implementations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of process analysts, sales technology experts, and Salesforce administrators/engineers.
  • Partner with sales and RevOps leaders to shape strategy, deliver projects, and support sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience leading technical or technical-adjacent teams in Revenue Operations as a Senior Manager, Director, or VP in a high-growth SaaS startup or scale-up.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, multi-project execution, and deadline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams while fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to partner with GTM leaders.
  • Deep understanding of sales tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and 6Sense, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Proactive, innovative mindset focused on improving processes and workflows.
  • Ability to translate business needs into specific, workable requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with experience gathering and analyzing data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Exceptionally strong communication and influencing skills, with experience in change management.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
