Description

  • Provide Level 2 sales support to partner sales teams by resolving complex sales inquiries and helping partners close deals.
  • Manage all partner-referred leads and own the full sales cycle from initial contact through closure.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and produce accurate forecasting for direct referrals and partner revenue.
  • Design and deliver on-the-job training sessions for partner teams covering product features, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
  • Own the Slack sales support channel as the primary point of contact for partner sales inquiries and coordinate with specialized teams when needed.
  • Ensure timely deal closure and maintain accurate, up-to-date Salesforce records.
  • Audit and update partner information regularly so data remains reliable and actionable.
  • Iterate on the role framework and improve processes based on feedback, performance metrics, and industry trends.
  • Develop a strategic plan for partner success over time, including revenue growth and role automation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including lead generation through closure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage pipelines, leads, and sales data.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach focused on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to train and enable partner teams with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for forecasting, reporting, and CRM accuracy.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
