Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers across LatAm and North America.
  • Provide a strong candidate experience and represent the company’s values throughout the hiring process.
  • Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and relationships with universities and other key institutions.
  • Use data and market insights to improve recruitment processes and support workforce planning.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Support managers with goal setting, performance reviews, and other HR processes for dedicated headcounts.
  • Oversee HR compliance and support audits related to SOC, ISO, and other standards.
  • Support employee development by helping identify growth opportunities, career paths, and learning goals.
  • Coordinate employee engagement efforts, feedback mechanisms, team-building activities, and retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management practices, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Commitment to the company’s core values: Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
  • Experience with HR and ATS systems such as BambooHR or Lever is preferred.
