Description

  • Identify and win new contract opportunities across the Salesforce ecosystem and IBM Maximo/EAM clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with system integrators, consulting partners, end clients, and external recruiters for collaboration and split deals.
  • Drive outbound prospecting and market mapping using LinkedIn outreach (InMail/direct), email campaigns, and recruitment tools.
  • Monitor job boards and marketplaces to convert live job adverts into new business opportunities and match bench consultants to roles.
  • Actively market bench consultants using a candidate-led sales approach, presenting consultants before roles exist to create demand.
  • Own full lifecycle recruitment when required: take and qualify job briefs, source and qualify candidates, manage submissions, interviews, and closures.
  • Negotiate rates and commercial terms and support deal structuring and closing activities.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of clients, opportunities, and active deals with an expectation to start generating deals from month 2 onwards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in tech recruitment, with contract recruitment experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment or business development, including winning clients and closing deals.
  • Demonstrable ability to generate leads from job boards and outbound activity (LinkedIn, email campaigns).
  • Experience selling or positioning consultants into the market (bench sales) and converting opportunities into revenue.
  • Experience in one or more of: Salesforce, IBM Maximo/EAM, AI, Cloud, or Data technologies.
  • Comfortable with an entrepreneurial, self-managed, performance-based role and focused on outbound business development.
  • Ability to negotiate commercial terms and own client relationships and deal processes.
  • Willingness to work flexibly (full-time or part-time) in a remote-first environment with a 6-month probation progression to work-from-anywhere.
