Description

  • Serve as a strategic thought and business partner to senior leaders by translating business goals into integrated people strategies.
  • Design and execute talent strategies including performance enablement, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams and address performance issues.
  • Lead organizational design and change efforts to support scalable structures and smooth transitions during growth.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and improve team health, productivity, and employee experience.
  • Drive complex cross-functional people initiatives end-to-end, including compensation, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and change management.
  • Champion culture and employee experience by promoting fairness, inclusion, consistency, and engagement.
  • Own overall program management for People team initiatives and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with People Ops, Recruiting, and other cross-functional stakeholders on strategic people programs.
  • Address, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of People/HR experience, including at least 4+ years of HRBP experience partnering directly with executives and leaders.
  • 2+ years of experience in a People leadership role, ideally in healthcare, tech, high-growth, or startup environments.
  • HRBP experience partnering with Sales, Go-to-Market, or Engineering teams is heavily preferred.
  • Experience with organizational and cultural transformation.
  • Strong program management acumen and skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic partnership-building with execution.
  • Comfort using qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent judgment, problem-solving ability, and pragmatic decision-making skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders such as Finance and Legal.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work in office as needed.
  • Candidates in Rocky Mountain or Pacific time zones are strongly preferred.
  • Position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

  • Starting annual base pay ranges from $182,800 to $215,000 in Zone 1, $164,520 to $193,500 in Zones 2 and 3, and $146,240 to $172,000 in Zone 4.
