Description

  • Lead administration of leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves, parental leave, disability, and company-sponsored leave policies.
  • Lead administration of the workers’ compensation program.
  • Support employment-based immigration programs such as H-1B, PERM, green card sponsorships, and internal transfers.
  • Build scalable processes and documentation for assigned HR programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR/People teams, IT, Finance, and other departments to implement and drive adoption of programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalate issues and roadblocks as needed.
  • Review and stabilize HR business processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop clear leave guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Revamp the employee and manager onboarding experience.
  • Enhance the HR ticketing system to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in HR and/or project management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing leaves of absence or building leave/workers’ compensation processes.
  • Experience in California, Nevada, and South Carolina is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and immigration compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Smartsheet and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HCM systems; Workday is preferred.
  • Experience executing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
