Description

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce configuration, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce features such as Flows, fields, Lightning pages, dynamic layouts, actions, custom objects, record types, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
  • Administer users, licenses, roles, and permissions, including new user setup and deactivation.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Manage sandbox environments, testing, deployment, and release-related updates.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and serve as the primary point of contact for user support.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and CRM hygiene through audits, validation rules, automations, and best-practice enforcement.
  • Partner with Sales and Partner Enablement teams to deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and user support for Salesforce and other RevOps tools.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly training materials, tutorials, reference guides, and technical documentation.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership and department stakeholders, and analyze KPI trends to improve sales processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Technology, or a similar field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Strong mastery of Salesforce; Admin or Advanced Admin certifications are strongly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Trailhead badges or Superbadges.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Flow, fields, Lightning pages, dynamic layouts, actions, Products & Price Books, custom objects, email alerts, custom settings, record types, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
  • Experience with Salesforce analytics, reports, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce sharing and security, including roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with sandbox testing and deployment.
  • Nice to have: Salesforce Developer or Apex knowledge.
  • Nice to have: Experience with broader Salesforce ecosystem tools such as Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Agentforce.
  • Nice to have: Experience with third-party integrations such as Jira, NetSuite, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce Mobile App configuration.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, business-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high accountability and adaptability.
  • Strong presentation, training, and English written/verbal communication skills.
