Description

  • Present Mom’s Meals products and services to managed care organizations, case managers, social workers, physicians, nurses, and dietitians.
  • Manage qualified Tier account engagements and create efficient weekly sales routes for meetings, drop-ins, and educational opportunities.
  • Coordinate staff meetings, in-service presentations, and conference attendance where target audiences meet.
  • Follow up promptly by phone and email to support sales effectiveness and client engagement.
  • Drive sales forecast performance, growth goals, and key initiatives.
  • Document sales leads, sales calls, follow-ups, and weekly activities in the CRM database.
  • Travel regionally on a weekly basis and nationally as needed for conferences and sales routes.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Internal Client Support Managers on account management metrics and CRM expectations.
  • Develop relationships with Managed Medicaid, AAA, CBO, PACE, and state case management agencies to support channel growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of healthcare sales experience in managed care, long-term care, home health, home care, hospital, or medical equipment settings.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare benefit programs.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting and presenting to care providers for high-risk member populations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar sales tools.
  • Strong background in Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care organizations.
  • Clinical credentialing in Social Work, Nursing, or Nutrition, or ability to communicate the value of medical nutrition in reducing healthcare costs.
  • Familiarity with and contacts in the regional market, along with experience in Medicaid service provision.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time, including day and overnight trips, regionally and nationwide.
  • Good driving record and insurability.
  • Licensed social workers or nursing case managers with customer relationship experience are strongly preferred.
  • Candidates familiar with CalAIM and Community Supports are preferred.
