Description

  • Build and expand relationships with Australian logistics, technology, and agency partners to drive referrals, pipeline growth, and closed revenue.
  • Manage and forecast a pipeline of partner-sourced sales opportunities alongside go-to-market leadership and Account Executive teams.
  • Create and execute joint business plans with partners to support mutual go-to-market strategies and growth.
  • Align cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Success to develop repeatable regional go-to-market playbooks.
  • Work with Marketing on campaigns, co-marketing, case studies, and events that strengthen Loop’s brand awareness in the region.
  • Support Loop’s Product team by identifying and evaluating high-value product opportunities with regional partners.
  • Develop a region-specific strategy for each key partner and own execution against growth objectives.
  • Support negotiations of commercial agreements for new and existing partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary face and owner of a dynamic partner ecosystem across Australia.
  • Travel regularly within Australia to meet with ecosystem partners in person.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in channel, partnerships, or ecosystem sales in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and owning or forecasting a sales pipeline.
  • Experience creating go-to-market playbooks.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian e-commerce ecosystem, including logistics, technology platforms, and agency partners.
  • Existing network of local partner relationships in Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of how ecommerce businesses operate in the Australian market and current or emerging industry trends and technologies.
  • Highly resourceful and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving company.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, global teams.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills, with examples of building consensus in challenging situations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Australia and occasionally internationally.
  • Preference for candidates located in Sydney or Melbourne.
