Description

  • Proactively manage the renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts starting 90–120 days before contract expiration.
  • Monitor expiring OEM maintenance and SaaS subscription agreements to ensure timely renewal execution.
  • Identify renewal risks early and coordinate with internal teams to mitigate churn.
  • Validate and process customer renewals while ensuring booking accuracy and compliance with documentation and approval standards.
  • Prepare, deliver, and manage accurate renewal quotes and proposals aligned to customer, partner, and OEM terms.
  • Respond to customer and partner inquiries about pricing, coterming, reinstatements, and contract structure.
  • Assist with renewal negotiations within company pricing guidelines and approval processes.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to support a seamless renewal experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and escalate issues when needed for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate renewal activity, communication, quotes, outcomes, and forecasting data in Salesforce.
  • Support expansion opportunities and contribute to process improvements that increase renewal efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Renewals, Customer Operations, or a related role.
  • Experience in the technology industry, with OEM hardware, software, SaaS, or subscription-based models preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced renewal or sales environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude, including the ability to calculate margins using cost-plus, list-based, and flat GPM% models.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is required.
  • Moderate proficiency in Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain professionalism in sales-centric environments.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
