Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to execute high-impact client initiatives and customer journeys from kickoff through launch.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel programs aligned to key moments in the customer journey using analytics and behavioral insights.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to operationalize program strategies and improve key performance indicators.
  • Lead internal and external strategy meetings to align teams on client goals and customer journey needs.
  • Oversee creation of emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and related marketing infrastructure to improve campaign performance.
  • Build custom multi-channel reports and reporting processes to capture insights, define success, and identify efficiency and optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain data hygiene and list integrity standards across marketing and sales platforms, including managing integrations.
  • Support campaign planning by managing timelines, schedules, budgets, status reporting, and messaging as needed.
  • Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan loyalty and engagement initiatives that drive ROI-positive results.
  • Craft service narratives and business cases to communicate client value and secure stakeholder buy-in for new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B strategy experience, preferably in-house or at an agency.
  • CRM platform proficiency, with HubSpot preferred but not required.
  • Experience implementing, optimizing, and discussing customer journey workflows, list hygiene, and lead scoring.
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels tailored to unique customer journeys and Account Based Marketing needs.
  • Experience identifying new marketing channels and target audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate and present effectively in both internal and client-facing settings.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and comfort working independently with limited direction.
  • Experience creating and optimizing processes in real time.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot.
  • Ability to articulate business and functional CRM requirements through strategic storytelling.
