Description

  • Drive growth and profitable business outcomes in partnership with cross-functional teams across analytics, strategy, product, sales, marketing, UX design, and IT.
  • Identify, evaluate, and monitor growth opportunities for the business using analytics and market insights.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity identification and business case development through execution and measurable delivery.
  • Collaborate with other Farmers products to identify and address cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Support business initiatives as needed to enable execution of growth priorities.
  • Ensure business needs and priorities are reflected in key initiatives and help align incentives and business goals.
  • Partner with Farmers and Zurich research and analytics teams to leverage market intelligence across the company.
  • Turn data and analytics into timely, actionable insights that support growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 9 years of experience in strategy, operations, or execution-focused roles.
  • Full English fluency.
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance products and field sales processes.
  • Insurance industry experience preferred, with openness to candidates from other industries such as finance and banking.
  • Strong consultative, interpersonal, diplomacy, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Facilitation skills with the ability to understand and respond to target audiences and member segments.
  • Proven planning, prioritization, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience in operations and execution.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including financial models, projections, forecasting, PowerPoint, and building business cases.
