Description

  • Lead the implementation and evolution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the central activation platform within the CRM ecosystem.
  • Design and execute journeys, segmentation, and campaign activation workflows.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems.
  • Consolidate and standardize contact channels and tools across the ecosystem.
  • Coordinate internal teams, including specialists, developers, and QA, as well as external vendors.
  • Ensure continuous delivery using agile methodologies and POD-based working models.
  • Implement personalization use cases such as lifecycle, next-best-offer, and trigger-based activations.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience leading SFMC implementations or platform evolution initiatives.
  • Experience operating Marketing Cloud in complex environments with multiple Business Units.
  • Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Contact Builder, automation, and segmentation.
  • Experience with integrations using APIs and data flows.
  • Understanding of omnichannel ecosystems with channels such as email, WhatsApp, push, and call center.
  • Experience leading hybrid teams composed of internal staff and vendors.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or POD-based delivery models.
  • Experience managing backlogs, releases, and priorities in continuous delivery environments.
  • Experience with data-driven marketing, including audience segmentation, personalization, and behavior-based activation.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
