Description

  • Build the operating system, including scorecards, dashboards, meeting cadence, accountability structures, and reporting.
  • Hire, lead, and hold accountable the team across social growth, LinkedIn, podcasting, speaking outreach, EOS sales, Skool community, content, and AI automation.
  • Use AI and automation to reduce manual work, increase team speed, and create durable processes.
  • Translate 12-month goals into weekly execution plans and track progress against targets.
  • Protect Calvin Smith’s time so he can focus on content, sales, EOS sessions, speaking, and relationships.
  • Run weekly meetings where performance is measured through numbers, not just status updates.
  • Lead as a player-coach by both managing the team and stepping in to execute when needed.
  • Maintain operational visibility across multiple workstreams and ensure priorities are clear and aligned.
  • Support growth across social, podcast, speaking, and consulting channels by coordinating people and systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading teams, including direct accountability conversations when targets are missed.
  • Managed 7+ people at the same time.
  • Experience running weekly meetings where team members reported numbers, not just updates.
  • Ability to lead and execute simultaneously.
  • 3+ years in operations, chief of staff, agency ops, creator ops, founder support, or growth ops.
  • Built and managed a weekly scorecard, KPI dashboard, or reporting system personally.
  • Managed 5+ active projects or workstreams simultaneously.
  • 2+ years working directly with a founder, creator, coach, or consultant.
  • Uses AI tools daily, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, or similar.
  • Has built at least 3 real workflows, automations, SOPs, or reporting systems using AI/automation tools.
  • Real familiarity with at least 3 of these areas: social media growth, LinkedIn growth, podcast operations, sales pipeline/CRM, online courses/Skool/community, or speaking/event outreach.
  • Comfortable working in an EOS-driven environment with clear goals, weekly scorecards, honest feedback, and accountability.
