Description

  • Map partner areas to understand which new products will be tested and the business hypotheses behind them.
  • Design end-to-end CRM experiment journeys, including data needs, integrations, channels, messaging, frequency, and relationship flows.
  • Manage CRM test roadmap capacity and define clear prioritization criteria with the business.
  • Align success metrics and experiment duration in advance to clearly determine when a test succeeds or fails.
  • Structure the handoff of viable products, including processes, learnings, and CRM flows, to the permanent CRM team.
  • Operate and implement experimentation journeys directly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Monitor experiments using statistical methods such as control groups to generate insights and continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Amplitude.
  • Solid experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Looker, or Data Studio.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and BigQuery for independent data extraction.
  • Knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B tests, control groups, channel tests, and creative tests.
  • Familiarity with business and finance metrics such as LTV, CAC, and conversion funnel.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages focused on conversion.
