Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to execute high-impact customer journey initiatives from kickoff through launch.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel programs aligned to key moments in the customer journey using analytics and behavioral science insights.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to operationalize program-based strategies that improve key performance indicators.
  • Lead internal and external strategic meetings to align on client goals and program direction.
  • Oversee the creation of emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and related marketing infrastructure to improve performance.
  • Build custom multi-channel reports and establish reporting processes that surface key insights and define account success.
  • Maintain data hygiene and data/list integrity across marketing and sales platforms, including integrations and standards creation.
  • Participate in campaign planning, including timelines, schedules, budgets, status reporting, and messaging/copy support.
  • Identify customer segments and plan loyalty and engagement programs that deliver ROI-positive results.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to CRM changes, reporting, and downstream delivery.
  • Craft service narratives that explain client value, outcomes, and Logical Media Group’s contribution to client success.
  • Support account management and growth leadership in building business cases and securing buy-in for new engagement opportunities.

Requirements

  • CRM platform proficiency, with HubSpot preferred but not required.
  • Experience implementing, optimizing, and speaking to workflows, list hygiene, and lead scoring within CRM systems.
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels and how to tailor them to unique customer journeys or account-based marketing needs.
  • Ability to identify new marketing channels and target audiences and develop strategies that drive ongoing optimization.
  • Comfort with collaboration and presentation in both internal and client-facing settings.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with limited direction.
  • Willingness to create and optimize processes in real time.
  • 2+ years of B2B strategy experience in-house or at an agency, preferred.
  • Experience managing data and integrations between platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot, preferred.
  • Experience with reporting, program strategy, or customer journey marketing, preferred.
