Description

  • Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, databases, social media, and online research.
  • Generate and qualify high-potential prospects through lead sourcing and research.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies using email, cold calls, and social outreach.
  • Build and manage automated cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Execute targeted cold calling sequences to follow up on outreach and nurture prospects.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
  • Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings and hand off leads to the sales team or founder.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and continuously optimize outreach performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or SDR roles.
  • Strong experience with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Experience running outbound automation campaigns using tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar.
  • Experience following structured SOPs and sales playbooks.
  • Experience handling outbound prospecting in high-volume TAM environments.
  • Business-fluent English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Experience sourcing leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Experience working in KPI-driven sales environments with activity metrics.
  • Experience adapting outbound messaging and positioning based on feedback.
  • Experience in construction, insurance, consulting, or B2B services outreach preferred.
