Description

  • Build targeted prospect lists for commercial landscaping opportunities by property type, location, ownership group, and management company.
  • Research property owners, managers, facility contacts, HOA boards, and other decision makers to identify the right outreach targets.
  • Drive outbound prospecting and follow-up through email, phone, LinkedIn, CRM tasks, and coordination with onsite teams.
  • Coordinate quote requests with estimators, onsite sales, and field leadership to deliver proposals within 72 hours whenever possible.
  • Track bid cycles, renewal dates, RFPs, and future proposal opportunities to time outreach effectively.
  • Develop and execute a cold quote system that proactively presents maintenance quotes or property reviews to fit properties before they ask.
  • Support onsite team coordination by preparing property lists, call notes, drop-off notes, and post-visit follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for prospects, contacts, activities, proposals, next steps, and deal status.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline updates and reporting on outreach, quotes, follow-up, and opportunities.
  • Follow up until opportunities are resolved, whether won, lost, or deferred to a future bid cycle.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of total professional experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, outbound prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, sales development, or account development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling to, researching, or supporting U.S.-based businesses or U.S.-based clients.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, property management, facility services, construction, field services, janitorial, pest control, security, exterior services, or another service-based B2B industry.
  • 2+ years in a role with weekly outbound activity targets.
  • Proven experience managing 100+ outbound sales touches per week.
  • Proven experience building prospect lists of 500+ contacts or companies.
  • Proven experience identifying decision makers across multiple companies or properties.
  • Proven experience using a CRM, spreadsheet, or sales pipeline system to track prospects, follow-ups, quotes, and deal status.
  • Strong written and spoken English at a professional business level.
  • Comfortable making calls, sending cold emails, using LinkedIn, and following up repeatedly.
  • Comfortable coordinating with remote and onsite sales, estimating, and field teams.
  • Able to work during core U.S. business hours.
  • Able to manage high-volume prospecting without needing close supervision.
  • Strong commercial understanding of property types, decision makers, contracts, bid cycles, and proposal follow-up.
  • Direct experience in commercial landscaping sales, estimating support, or maintenance contract sales (preferred).
  • Experience selling or supporting recurring maintenance contracts (preferred).
  • Experience working with property managers, HOAs, multifamily properties, retail centers, office parks, or commercial real estate groups (preferred).
  • Experience researching property ownership and management contacts (preferred).
  • Experience with cold email campaigns or outbound sales sequences (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating proposals or estimates (preferred).
  • Experience using Google Maps, county property records, property management websites, LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar tools (preferred).
  • Experience supporting outside sales reps or field sales teams (preferred).
  • Experience helping build a sales process from scratch (preferred).
  • Experience tracking renewal dates, bid windows, RFPs, or contract cycles (preferred).

  • Base compensation of $1,250 USD per month.
  • Performance compensation with potential to earn an additional $2,000+ USD per month.
