Description

  • Lead and grow local and regional key accounts within the MSP/VMS space.
  • Manage the existing commercial portfolio and maintain a healthy P&L.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to open new doors, categories, and clients.
  • Work with lead generators to improve outreach pitch and engagement tools.
  • Identify, prepare, and respond to RFIs and RFPs with the proposal team.
  • Conduct onsite client visits and build long-term business relationships.
  • Attend networking events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring leaders, department heads, stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction using quality metrics and client scorecards.
  • Track industry trends and identify new growth opportunities for the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or education.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development.
  • 5+ years of experience with MSP/VMS, direct, and SOW-based clients in the commercial sector.
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying, and responding to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Experience building sales automation systems and processes.
  • Experience leveraging modern technologies and AI to automate tasks and outreach.
  • Open to travel 30-40% of the time.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to set and execute a clear vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Tech-savvy and current on technologies and recruitment trends.
