Description

  • Own the commercial revenue target across new business, upsell, and renewals.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy aligned to Complexio’s sector focus.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Personally lead and close strategic enterprise deals when needed.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through contract signature.
  • Ensure Pre-Sales activities such as demos, solution scoping, and POC delivery meet enterprise buyer expectations.
  • Develop scalable sales playbooks, pitch materials, and competitive positioning.
  • Build a world-class account management function focused on retention, expansion, and value realisation.
  • Maintain senior executive relationships across key accounts and partner with Product and Delivery on customer feedback.
  • Own renewal and expansion targets across the existing customer base.
  • Define and run customer health monitoring, QBRs, and EBRs to identify risk and support renewals.
  • Own CRM strategy, reporting, pricing governance, and quote-to-cash process discipline.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-calibre commercial team while fostering accountability and customer obsession.
  • Partner closely with Product, Delivery, and Marketing as a senior cross-functional leader.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales or commercial leadership, including at least 3 years managing a team.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling commercial functions at a growth-stage B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Experience selling complex, high-value solutions with typical ACV of $1M+ to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of revenue operations principles and pipeline/forecast management.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence to represent Complexio credibly to enterprise prospects and customers.
  • Strong analytical capability with attention to pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline.
  • Experience in maritime, shipping, energy, or industrial sectors is desirable.
  • Background in AI, data platforms, or knowledge graph/graph database technologies is desirable.
  • Experience selling into or alongside implementation partners and system integrators is desirable.
  • Multilingual capability relevant to Complexio’s key markets is desirable.
