Description

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Medical Strategy Directors and Solution Architects.
  • Define and manage the department’s budget, resource allocation, and internal workflows to support growth targets.
  • Align Medical Solutions with Sales, Product, and Engineering as a member of the leadership team.
  • Partner with Sales to lead discovery sessions and map complex business challenges to AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop ROI models and Business Value Assessments that quantify the impact of AI on manual burden.
  • Oversee the creation of technical blueprints that are medically impactful and technically feasible.
  • Manage the transition from Sales to Implementation while ensuring scope, timing, and medical compliance are met.
  • Design and lead change management frameworks for Tier-1 pharma clients to drive user adoption.
  • Establish Medical AI playbooks to standardize onboarding for Field Medical, Insights, and Publication teams.
  • Serve as a chief advocate for AI-first medical affairs through executive engagements, conferences, keynotes, and white papers.

Requirements

  • PharmD, PhD, or MD required.
  • 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or leading digital transformation in pharma.
  • Proven success supporting high-value enterprise deals of $500k+ ARR.
  • Based within the United States.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment preferred.
  • Ability to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
