Description

  • Develop and execute scalable programmatic sales strategies across private marketplace, curated supply, and programmatic guaranteed channels.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities in data-enabled programmatic, retail media partnerships, and advanced targeting solutions.
  • Own programmatic revenue performance and drive sustainable growth through pricing, packaging, and demand strategies.
  • Expand and manage relationships with DSPs, agency trading desks, strategic buyers, and key programmatic agency partners.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing programmatic sales team and develop career pathways within the organization.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align programmatic strategy with broader advertising growth goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Data Science, Analytics, Privacy, and Trust teams on roadmap, integrations, and responsible advertising practices.
  • Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, reporting, and insights to optimize monetization and client solutions.
  • Represent Life360 Ads in industry conversations, conferences, and partner engagements.
  • Champion innovation in automation, targeting, data activation, and emerging programmatic technologies.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or adtech, including significant leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise across the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, private marketplaces, programmatic guaranteed, and data-driven advertising.
  • Proven track record of scaling programmatic revenue and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn complex market dynamics into actionable business plans.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with credibility among senior stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Strong analytical orientation with experience using data to inform yield strategy and monetization models.
  • Passion for innovation in digital advertising and responsible data-driven marketing.
  • Experience with privacy and identity, measurement, curation, or data activation is preferred.
  • Director-level leadership experience is implied for this role.
