Description

  • Own all stages of the customer acquisition lifecycle across the Europe region.
  • Generate and source leads, manage sales opportunities, and drive deals to revenue.
  • Deliver tailored customer-centric demos and detailed enterprise product presentations.
  • Manage complex sales cycles for both routine SaaS projects and large enterprise deployments.
  • Prepare and deliver sales materials including demos, proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, contracts, presentations, and technical documentation.
  • Negotiate commercial and legal terms including MSAs, Teaming Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, B2B Terms & Conditions, and SLAs.
  • Conduct discovery, qualification, and consultative sales conversations with prospective customers.
  • Capture and maintain accurate records in CRM and contracting documentation.
  • Contribute to the company’s marketing and value proposition through customer engagement and sales feedback.
  • Build and scale a sub-regional team over the next 1-3 years.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience leading high-performing new business sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership and new logo acquisition, preferably in ERP, enterprise business solutions, or platform sales.
  • Proven track record managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with successful revenue attainment.
  • Experience conducting demonstrations of SaaS products or systems.
  • Strong consultative selling, insight selling, and solution-based selling skills.
  • Experience communicating with senior leadership in government and private organizations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com, Office Suite, or similar operational tools.
  • Background in public safety, government technology, or SaaS is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in German, French, and English required; additional languages are a plus.

Benefits

  • Projected base salary of $130,000 per year.
  • Projected OTE of $260,000 per year.
  • Compensation paid in the equivalent CHF.
