Description

  • Lead the identification, engagement, and acquisition of prospective customers within the region.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that address customer challenges and align with company objectives.
  • Negotiate complex agreements and partnerships while aligning with organizational goals and policies.
  • Mentor and guide sales team members on account management, strategy, and business development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless client experience and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform regional sales strategy.
  • Lead regional account initiatives to achieve significant revenue growth.
  • Conduct high-level client presentations, negotiations, and strategy sessions independently.
  • Analyze regional performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Travel domestically for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology or software sales, preferably in the multifamily housing industry.
  • Proven success in enterprise technology or software sales such as SaaS or PaaS with measurable results.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving strategic account growth.
  • Experience developing and executing regional or departmental sales strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage complex client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding less experienced team members.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently.
